芝士番薯杯子糕 Cheese Sweet Potato Cup Cake

【材料】
菜油180克、有机糖100克、紫色番薯120克(刨丝)、芝士碎适量、奶水60克、(面粉150克、发粉1小匙、苏打
粉1⁄4小匙,过筛)、核桃碎适量、纸杯适量
【做法】
1. 将菜油和有机糖搅拌至松发,加入奶水拌匀。(图1-2)
2. 把粉料加入,先拌匀再加入番薯丝,核桃碎拌匀即可,舀入烤杯里,洒上芝士碎。(图3-7)
3. 放入预热烤炉烘烤约25-30分钟至熟即可享用。(图8)
【Ingredients】
180g margarine, 100g organic sugar, 120g purple sweet potato (shredded), some grated cheese,
60ml evaporated milk, (150g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder,1⁄4 tsp bicarbonate, sifted all), some
chopped walnuts and paper cups
【Method】
1. Whisk margarine and organic sugar until smooth & fluffy, add in evaporated milk.(pic 1-2)
2. Add in flours ingredients, mixes well, and then fold in sweet potato and walnuts; spoon into
paper cup and sprinkle grated cheese on top.(pic 3-7)
3. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 25-30 minutes, done.(pic 8)
