芝士腐皮包Cheese Bean Curd Wrap

【材料】
淡腐皮2张、芝士4片

【粉浆】
面粉加少许水拌匀

【馅料】
虾仁150克、半肥瘦猪肉碎100克、冬菇2朵(浸软切碎)、马蹄3粒(去皮
切碎)

【调味料】
鸡精粉1茶匙、糖1茶匙、麻油、胡椒粉及盐少许、风车粉2茶匙

【做法】
1.把馅料与调味料拌匀待用,芝士每片切成条状。(图1)
2.腐皮修剪成4″×6″寸宽,以湿毛巾稍抹使其软化。
3.放入少许馅料在腐皮上,面上再放入1片芝士,然后卷起,并以粉浆封口 。(图2-4)
4.烧热温油,放入腐皮卷,以中火炸至脆,即可捞出沥油。(图5)

【Ingredients】
2 sheets unsalted bean curd skin, 4 slices cheese

【Batter】
Mix flour with some water

【Filling】
150g shrimp, 100g minced meat, 2 pcs mushroom (soaked & chopped), 3 pcs water chestnut (skinned & chopped)

【Seasoning】
1 tsp chicken stock granule, 1 tsp sugar, dash of pepper, sesame oil & salt, 2 tsp premium tapioca flour

【Method】
1.Mixes filling ingredients with seasoning and set aside; cut cheese into strips.(Pic 1)
2.Cut bean curd skin into 4 X 6 inches and moist with tower to soften them.
3.Place some filling on top of bean curd skin and top with 1 strip of cheese, and then roll up and seal end with batter.(Pic 2-4)
4.Heat oil in medium heat, deep fry wrap until crispy.(Pic 5)
