芝士鲜虾焗面包Stuffed Bread ith Cheese Prawn

【材料】
A:油3汤匙、洋葱½颗(切碎)、老虎虾6只(去壳)
B:红萝卜100克(切丁烫熟)、西兰花100克(切小朵烫熟)、马铃薯100克 (切丁烫熟)
C:意大利酱4汤匙、黑胡椒粉少许
D:荞麦面包1颗、mozzarella芝士100克、parmesan芝士粉50克

【做法】
1.平底锅中火热油,将洋葱炒成金黄色,加入鲜虾炒熟。(图1)
2.将川烫好的材料B加入,混合翻炒。(图2)
3.加入材料C一起搅拌均匀即成馅料。(图3)
4.将面包中间挖空,填入馅料。(图4-5)
5.铺上mozzarella芝士,再撒上parmesan 芝士粉,摆入预热烤箱以200℃烤5
分钟即可。(图6-8)

【Ingredients】
A:3 tbsp oil, ½ onion (chopped),6 pcs tiger prawn (shelled)
B:100g each of carrot, broccoli & potato (dice all and blanched)
C:4 tbsp pasta sauce, dash of black pepper
D:1 Buckwheat bread, 100g mozzarella, 50g grated parmesan

【Method】
1.Heat oil in skillet, sauté onion until golden brown, and then toss in prawns.(pic 1)
2.Add in blanched ingredients B and stir-fry.(pic 2)
3.Add in ingredients C and stir to mix, ready as filling.(pic 3)
4.Hollow out the bread in centre and stuff in filling ingredients.(pic 4-5)
5.Spread cheese over the bread and then bake in oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, done. (pic 6-8)
