花生红枣排骨汤 PEANUTS & DATES SOUP

材料
杜仲10g、党参6g、清水500 毫升、排骨300g(洗净切块)、
花生(带红衣者,洗净)60g、红枣6 粒、老姜15g(切片)、米酒3 汤匙
调味料
麻油1 茶匙、食盐1⁄2 茶匙
做法
1. 虾将杜仲、党参同洗净,放入砂锅或钢锅内,加入清水500 毫升,大火煮滚后,
改用小火煎煮40 分钟,弃渣留汁备用。
2. 将排骨、花生、红枣、姜片同放入钢锅或砂锅内,加入杜仲党参水(若嫌水少,
可另加清水适量),大火煮滚后,加入米酒,再煮10-15 分钟。(图1-3)
3. 改用小火焖40-50 分钟,至排骨及花生烂熟后,加入食盐、麻油适当调味后食
用。(图4)

Ingredients
10g DuZhong, 6g DangSheng, 500ml water,
300g pig ribs (wash & chop into pieces), 60g red skin peanuts(washed),
6 pcs red dates, 15g old ginger slices, 30ml rice wine
Seasoning
1 tsp sesame oil, 1⁄2 tsp salt
Method
1.Wash DuZhong and DangSheng, boil with 500 ml of water, once boiled, simmer in
low heat for 40 minutes; obtain the soup for later use.
2. Place ribs, peanuts, red dates and ginger in pot, pour in herbal soup, once boiled,
add in rice wine and cook for another 10-15 minutes.(pic 1-3)
3.Turn to low heat and simmer for 50 minute or until ribs and peanuts are soften;
season with salt and sesame oil , serve warm.(pic 4)
