苋菜排骨粥Spare ribs spinach cognee

【材料】
排骨300克、糙米2杯(洗净)、干贝3粒、大葱2粒、香菇3朵(切丁)、菠菜300克、芽菜少许

【调味料】
盐1⁄2茶匙、酱油1⁄2茶匙、鱼露1⁄2茶匙

【做法】
1.将排骨及干贝洗净,放入沸水中川烫好备用。
2.锅内注入1公升的清水,加入糙米、排骨、干贝及大葱煮至沸 。( 图 1 – 2 )
3.加入香菇丁及调味料,转小火继续焖煮20分钟。(图3)
4.熄火前加入苋菜捞匀。(图4)

【Ingredients】
300g pork ribs, 2 cups brown rice(wash), 3 dry scallop, 2 big onion, 3 mushroom (dice), 300g spinach, some bean sprout

【Seasonings】
1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp soy sauce, 1⁄2 tsp fish sauce

【Method】
1.Wash the pork ribs and dry scallops, blanch in boiling water, rinse with running water, drain and set aside.
2.Pour 1 litre water in a pot, toss in the ribs, brown rice, dry scallops and big onion, bring to boil.(pic 1-2)
3.Add in dice mushroom and seasoning, simmer with low heat for another 20 minutes.(pic 3)
4.Add in spinach before turn off heat. (pic 4)
