苏东青酱意粉Squid Pesto Pasta

【材料】
A:苏东200克(切圈)、橄榄油2汤匙
B:番茄50克、罗勒叶50克、蒜米3瓣、太阳花籽30克、橄榄油100毫升、巴马臣芝士粉20克
C:柳松菇50克、意大利面200克(煮熟备用)

【调味料】
盐1/2茶匙、糖1/2茶匙、黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙、鸡精粉1/2匙

【做法】
1.青酱做法:把材料B放入电动研磨器内,搅至顺滑,加入调味料拌匀备用。
2.将苏东放入沸水中川烫熟,沥干备用。(图1)
3.把平底锅加热,倒入2汤匙橄榄油,加入鲜菇和苏东翻炒约1分钟(图2-3)
4.加入约2汤匙的青酱和意大利面,继续翻炒约3分钟。(图4)
5.摆盘上碟。

【Ingredients】
A:200g squid (sliced), 2 tbsp olive oil
B:50g tomato, 50g basil leaf, 3 pips garlic, 30g sun flower seeds, 100ml olive oil, 20g grated parmesan cheese

【Seasoning】
Dash of salt, sugar, pepper and chicken powder

【Method】
1.For pesto: blend all ingredients B in blender until smooth, add in seasoning and set aside.
2.Blanch squid in boiling water, drain and set aside. (pic 1)
3.Heat pan with 2 tbsp olive oil, sauté Shimenji mushroom and squid for about 1 minute. (pic 2-3)
4.Add in 2 tbsp pesto, toss in spaghetti and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. (pic 4)
