苏格兰蛋 Scotch Egg

【材料】
A:去壳水煮蛋5-6颗、橄榄油(炸油)约500毫升
B:猪绞肉400克、面包粉50克、洋葱1个(切丁)、干罗勒碎1茶匙、胡椒粉½茶匙、蒜粉2茶匙、海盐½茶匙、黄糖1茶匙、鸡蛋液1颗、粟米粉1汤匙
C:普通面粉60克、鸡蛋液1颗、面包糠100克

【做法】
1.取一大碗,将所有材料B混合后,搅拌均匀,备用。(图1)
2.将水煮蛋沾上少许普通面粉,接着取适量猪肉混合料包裹均匀,整成椭圆形。(图2)
3.依步骤先沾上普通面粉、鸡蛋液,再沾上面包糠,备用。(图3)
4.冷油下锅,烧热,将肉丸炸至金黄,即可捞起,沥干油份,待凉后享用。(图4)

【INGREDIENT】
A:5-6 hard boiled eggs (shelled), 500ml olive oil (for deep frying)
B:400g minced meat, 50g bread flour, 1 onion (diced), 1 tsp dried basil, ½ tsp pepper, 2 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp sea salt, 1 tsp palm sugar, 1 egg (beaten), 1 tbsp corn flour
C:60g plain flour, 1 egg sauce, 100g readcrumbs

【METHOD】
1.Mixes all ingredients B in mixing bowl. (pic 1)
2.Coat hard boiled eggs with some plain flour, and then wrap with minced meat mixture, make into oval shape.(pic 2)
3.Coat the oval egg with plain flour, follow with egg sauce and breadcrumbs. (pic 3)
4.Heat oil in wok, then deep fry the meat balls until golden brown, drain and serve after cooling down. (pic 4)
