【材料】
苦瓜600克、冬菇3粒(切粒)、马蹄5粒(切粒)、素虾(切粒)、红罗卜100克(切粒)、素火腿100克(切粒)

【调味料】
素蚝油1茶匙、盐½茶匙、麻油½茶匙、酱油½茶匙、糖½ 茶匙

【勾芡】
粟粉水1茶匙

【做法】
1. 将苦瓜切段,挖空,放入盐水里泡一小时。(图1)
2. 将所有切粒材料加入调味料拌匀,酿入苦瓜内。(图2-5)
3. 将苦瓜放入蒸笼里以大火蒸20分钟。(图6)
4. 另起锅把蒸苦瓜的汤汁,倒入锅煮开,加入粟粉水勾芡,淋在蒸好的苦瓜上即可。(图7)

【Ingredients】
600g bitter gourd, 3 pc Chinese mushroom , 5 pcs water chestnuts, mock prawns, 100g carrot, 100g mock ham (diced all)

【Seasoning】
1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp sugar

【Thickening】
1 tsp starch

【Method】
1. Cut bitter gourd into blocks, remove flesh and soak in salted water for 1 hour. (pic 1)
2. Marinate all dice ingredients and stuff into bitter gourd blocks. (pic 2-5)
3. Steam bitter gourd in high heat for 20 minutes. (pic 6)
4. Heat another wok and bring the sauce of bitter gourd to boil; thicken with starch and pour over stuff bitter gourd to serve. (pic 7)
