苹果排骨汤 Chinese Apple Pork Rib Soup

材料:
排骨600克(斩块)
水2公升
姜片30克
红枣10粒
干无花果50克
青苹果2粒(去皮切块)
枸子1大匙
盐1小匙
做法:
1.将排骨烫过,洗净,滤干水。(图❶)
2.把2公升水煮滚,放入烫过的排骨、姜片和红枣煮滚,加盖转小火煮60分钟,加入
苹果煮10分钟。(图❷)
3.放入枸子和盐煮多5分钟,即可。(图❸)

Ingredients:
600g pork ribs (cut into smaller pieces)
2 litre water
30g ginger (sliced)
10 red dates
50g dried figs
2 green apple (peeled, cut into pieces)
1 tbsp Goji berries
1 tsp salt
Method:
1.Blanch the pork ribs, rinsed and drained. (pic ❶)
2.Bring 2 litre of water to boil, add in the ribs, ginger, red dates,dried figs, cover and simmer for 60 minutes, add in the apple
and cook for 10 minutes. (pic ❷)
3.Add in Goji berries and salt and cook for another 5 minutes and serve. (pic ❸)
