草莓西芹炒鸡丁Stir-Fried Chicken with Strawberry

【材料】
鸡全腿1只、蒜头2瓣(切片)、草莓5粒(切片)、西芹1支(切片)、马蹄4粒(去皮切片)

【调味料】
浓缩鸡汤1茶匙、胡椒粉少许、盐少许

【腌鸡肉料】
粟粉2茶匙、生抽1汤匙、油1汤匙

【做法】
1.将鸡肉去骨,切丁以腌料拌匀腌约5分钟。
2.锅内热油,放入蒜头片爆香,加入鸡肉泡熟即捞出沥干油。(图2-3)
3.锅中留少许油炒番西芹,加入马蹄片及调味料拌炒。(图 4-5)
4.把鸡肉丁回锅,加入草莓炒匀便可上碟。(图6-8)

【Ingredients】
1 chicken whole leg, 2 pips garlic(sliced), 5 pcs strawberry(sliced), 1 celery (sliced), 4 pcs water chestnut (skinned & sliced)

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp concentrated chicken stock, dash of pepper & salt

【Marinate Ingredients】
2 tsp corn flour, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oil

【Method】
1.Debone chicken drumstick, cube and marinate for 5 minutes.
2.Heat oil in wok, fry garlic till fragrant, add chicken meat and blanch till cook, drain.
3.Keep some oil in wok, sauté celery until fragrant, add in water chestnut and seasoning, stir to mix. (pic 4-5)
4.Toss in chicken cubes and strawberry, stir fry quickly and dish out. (pic 6-8)
