药膳烧酒虾Prawns in Herbs & Wine

【材料】
中虾300克(10只)、姜6片、当归3片、黄耆3片、参须少许、党参3根(切片)、红枣10粒、枸杞10克、水600毫升、米酒3大匙、麻油少许

【调味料】
盐1⁄2 茶匙

【材料】
1.将虾子洗净去须待用。
2.热镬后加入麻油将姜片爆香,然后加入米酒、水和所有中药材料煮20分钟。(图1-4)
3.药材出味后再放入虾子煮熟变色,最后放入盐调味即可。

【Ingredients】
10 medium prawns, 6 ginger slices, 3 Dong Gui, 3 Huang Qi, some gingseng, 3 Dong Sam(slices), 10 red dates, 10g Gou Qi, 600cc water, 3 tbsp Chinese wine, some sesame oil

【Seasonings】
1⁄2 tsp salt

【Method】
1. Wash and trim the prawns, set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in wok, saute ginger till fragrant, pour in water, chinese wine and all the herbs ingredients, cook in low heat for 20 minutes. (pic 1-4)
3. Toss in the prawns, cook till prawns turn to red colors, season with some salt, done.
