荷叶豆腐Toufu In Lotus Leaf

【材料(A)】
豆腐1盒、炸葱2汤匙、青葱2汤匙、干荷叶1片(煮软)

【材料(B)】
冬菇3块、金针菇1包、榨菜1包、虾米30克、鸡肉丝100克、 红萝卜30克

【调味料】
鲍鱼汁2汤匙、胡椒粉适量、鸡精粉1茶匙、水3汤匙

【做法】
1.将豆腐排放在荷叶中间,待后用。
2.烧热2汤匙油,放入(B)料炒熟,拌入(C)料然后放在豆腐上。
3.将荷叶裹好,入锅蒸10分钟,吃的适合洒上青葱和炸葱。

【小贴士】
豆腐买回来后先沥干水份才蒸或煮,这样就不会出太多水。

【Ingredients (A) 】
1box toufu, 2tbsp fried shallots, 2tbsp chopped spring onion, 1piece lotus leaf (boil leaf until soft)

【Ingredients (B) 】
3 mushrooms, 1 bundle golden mushroom, 1pkt char chai, 30gm dried shrimps, 100gm shredded chicken meat, 30gm carrot

【Seasoning】
2tbsp abalone sauce, pepper to taste, 1tsp chicken stock granules, 3tbsp water

【Method】
1.Arrange toufu at the centre of lotus leaf, for later use.
2.Heat 2tbsp oil, stir fry (B) until cooked, add in (C) stir well and put on toufu.
3.Wrap up and steam for 10 minutes. When serve sprinkle spring onion and fried shallots on top.
