菇菌烤法国面包Mushroom with Toast Baguette

【材料】
法国面包3片、鲜蘑菇150克(切片)、鲍鱼菇100克(撕小块)、蒜米2瓣(切碎)

【调味料】
盐1/2茶匙、糖1/2茶匙、黑胡椒粉适量、鸡精粉1/2茶匙、甜红椒粉适量

【做法】
1.把法国面包涂上牛油烤至金黄香脆备用。(图1)
2.平底锅加热,爆香蒜米,加入蘑菇、鲍鱼菇和调味料,翻炒约3分钟。(图2-3)
3.将菇菌料铺在烤法国面包上,即可享用。(图4)

【Ingredients】
2 slices baguette,150g button mushroom (sliced), 100g abalone mushroom (teared), 2 pips garlic (chopped)

【Seasoning】
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, dash of black pepper, 1/2 tsp chicken powder, 1/2 tsp paprika

【Method】
1.Spread butter on baguette and toast until golden brown. (pic 1)
2.Heat pan and sauté garlic till fragrant, toss in button mushroom, add in seasoning and stir-fry for 3 minute. (pic 2-3)
3.Place some mushroom on baguette and serve. (pic 4)
