菜脯长豆炒饭Fried Rice with Pickled Radish & Long beans

【材料】
白饭2碗、菜脯60克(切丁)、长豆50克(切丁)、虾米30克(洗净)、蒜头4瓣(剁碎)

【调味料】
味精、盐及胡椒粉少许

【做法】
1.镬中烧热2汤匙油、爆香虾米及蒜头碎。(图3)
2.放入长豆及菜脯炒至熟。(图4-5)
3.加入白饭和调味料拌炒均匀即可。(图6)

【INGREDIENTS】
2 bowls cold white rice, 60g pickled radish(Cai Bu, chopped), 50g long beans(diced), 30g dried shrimp(washed), 4 pips garlic(chopped)

【SEASONING】
Dash of MSG, salt & pepper

【METHOD】
1.Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, saut’e dried shrimp and garlic until fragrant. (pic 3)
2.Add in long beans and pickled radish, stir-fry until cooked. (pic 4-5)
3.Toss in rice and seasoning until well mix. (pic 6)
