葛菜鱼汤Fish Soup with Ge Cai

【材料】
葛菜250克、鱼300克、红枣5粒、姜片8克、上汤2公升

【调味料】
盐1茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙

【做法】
1.葛菜去根部洗净切小段备用。(图1)
2.鱼去除鳞片,清理洗净,用小火把鱼只煎香捞起备用。 (图2-3)
3.锅里下上汤和适量清水大火把葛菜红枣和姜片煮滚。(图4)
4. 再把鱼下锅煮滚3分钟,调味后移入砂锅以小火煮45分钟即可。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
250g Ge Cai(also known as India Yellow cress or Han Cai), 300g fish, 5 red dates, 8g ginger slices, 2 litter stock

【Seasonings】
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken stock granules

【Method】
1.Trim off the root of Ge Cai and then cut into small sections.(pic 1)
2.Scale fish, clean and wash.Sear with oil in low heat until fragrant.(pic 2-3)
3.Boil stock with extra water, add in Ge Cai, red dates and ginger and bring to quick boil.(pic 4)
4.Add in fish, boil for 3 minutes, add seasoning and transfer the dish to a clay pot, continue simmer for 45 minutes, done.(pic 5-6)
