蒙古炒鱼片Mongolia Fish Fillet

【材料】
A:多利鱼片400克、盐适量、白胡椒粉适量、鸡蛋1粒(打散)、玉蜀黍粉100克
B:番茄1粒、小黄瓜1条、洋葱1粒(全部切丁)
C:牛油20克、淡奶20克、辣椒酱20克、黑胡椒粉适量、盐适量、鸡精粉适量、糖适量

【做法】
1.将鱼肉切片,加入盐和胡椒粉调味,腌制10分钟。
2.将鱼片沾上蛋浆后再裹上玉蜀黍粉,放入热油炸至金黄色取出。
3.把材料B也加入油里快速过油,盛出沥油备用。
4.准备一个平底锅,将混合了的材料C煮沸,加入炸鱼块和蔬菜一起烹沸即可。

【Ingredients】
A:400g Dory fish fillet, dash of salt and pepper, 1 egg(beaten), 100g corn flour
B:1 each of tomato, cucumber and onion (all cut into cubes)
C:20g butter, 20g evaporated milk, 20g chili sauce, dash of black pepper, salt, chicken powder and sugar

【Method】
1.Slice and marinate fish fillet with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
2.Coat the fish fillet with egg sauce and corn flour, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, dish out and drain.
3.Blanch ingredients B in hot oil briefly, drain.
4.Pre-mixed all ingredients C and cook in skillet. Then toss in fish fillet and blanched vegetables, bring to a boil and dish out.
