蒜香虾米蒸节瓜 Steamed Hairy-gourd with Dried Shrimp

【材料】
节瓜350克、虾米40克(剁碎)、蒜茸1汤匙、青葱粒1汤匙
【调味料]
蚝油1⁄2汤匙、生抽1汤匙
【做法】
1. 将节瓜去皮及籽,切成长条状排入碟上,以大火蒸
5-6分钟至软,取出并淋入调味料,待用。
2. 镬中烧热2汤匙油,爆香虾米及蒜茸,盛起铺在蒸熟的节瓜上并撒入青葱粒便可。

【Ingredients】
350g hairy-gourd, 40g chopped dried shrimp, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
【Seasonings】
1⁄2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce
【Method】
1. Peel hairy-gourd, seeded, cut into long strips and arrange in plate; steam with high heat for 5-6
minutes or until soften; pour seasoning over and set aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok to sauté dried shrimp and garlic until fragrant; spread over steamed hairygourd
and sprinkle spring onion on top to serve.
