【材料A】
鸡蛋200毫升、咸蛋白2粒、水600毫升、麻油1/2茶匙

【材料B】
咸蛋黄2粒、皮蛋1粒

【材料C】
炸葱和油、青葱粒、胡椒粉适量

【做法】
1.将材料A打散。(图1-2)
2.将咸蛋黄蒸熟弄碎。(图3)
3.将蒸碟放在蒸镬内,放入B料,再注入蛋液混合料。(图4-5)
4.盖着转中火蒸15分钟或至熟。(图6)
5.把C料洒在面上,取出即可趁热进食。

【INGREDIENTS A】
200ml eggs, 2 salted egg white, 600ml water, 1/2 tsp sesame oil

【INGREDIENTS B】
2 salted egg yolks, 1 century egg

【INGREDIENTS C】
fried shallots with oil, chopped spring onion, pepper to taste

【METHOD】
1.Mix all the ingredients A. (pic 1-2)
2.Steam salted egg yolks, then mash it with folk. (pic 3)
3.Put steaming plate in wok, sprinkle B on the plate, then pour egg sauce on it. (pic 4-5)
4.Cover lid, reduce to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes or until cooked. (pic 6)
5.Sprinkle top with C and serve hot.
