┃材料┃
A:面粉50克、即溶酵母½汤匙、温水50毫升、幼糖1 茶匙
B:特幼面粉300克、双倍发粉1茶匙、幼糖160克、鲜 奶或清水180毫升
C:蔓越莓50克、食用红色素2滴
┃做法┃
1.把全部材料A拌匀,待发30分钟,即成发种。
2.把B料搅拌均匀,加入发种搅拌成幼滑面糊。(图 1-3)
3.加入C料混合均匀,用保鲜膜盖着休面2小 时。(图4-5)
4.把面糊舀入已抹油杯中,至9分满。(图6)
5.水滚后移入蒸锅,以大火蒸20分钟即可。(图7)
┃INGREDIENTS┃
A:50g plain flour, ½ tbsp instant yeast, 50ml warm water, 1 tsp sugar
B: 300g super fine flour, 1 tsp double action baking powder, 160g caster sugar, 180ml fresh milk or water
C: 50g Cranberry, 2 drops red food coloring
┃METHOD┃
- Mixes ingredients A to prepare yeast dough, let rise for 30 minutes.
- Mixes ingredients B and add in yeast dough, blend into smooth batter. (pic 1-3)
- Add in ingredients C, cover with cling and stay for 2 hours to rise. (pic 4-5)
- Pour batter into greased cups until 90% full. (pic 6)
- Put into & boiling steamer, steam in high heat for 20 minutes. (pic 7)
