【材料】
鲜粟米粒100克、红萝卜80克(切丁粒)、西芹50克(切丁粒)、菜花150克(切小朵)、柳松菇100克、快熟燕麦片4大匙、水4碗

【调味料】
盐3/4小匙、胡椒粉1/8小匙

【做法】
1.将柳松菇去头,分小朵冲洗待用。
2.将水先煮沸,放入全部材料煮至熟,加入调味料即可享用。

【功效】燕麦浓汤,可改善大肠的健康,丰富的维生素对心血管健康有帮助,适合男女老少。

【Ingredients】
100g fresh corn kernel, 80g carrot (diced), 50g celery (diced), 150g cauliflower (cut florets), 100g Shemeiji mushroom, 4 tbsp instant oats, 4 bowls water

【Seasoning】
3/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper

【Method】
1.Remove stems of Shemeiji mushroom and cut into small pieces; wash and drain.
2.Boil water in pot, put in all ingredients and boil until cooked; season to taste.
