薄饼蔬菜卷Vegetable Popiah

【材料】
日本青瓜1条、红萝卜1条、西芹1根、玻璃生菜适量、三文鱼肉300克(切片)、新鲜薄饼皮10片

【酱料】
辣椒酱100毫升、柠檬汁2汤匙、鱼露1茶匙、芫茜碎适量、薄荷叶少许(切碎)

【做法】
1.将青瓜、红萝卜及西芹切长粗条。(图1-2)
2.取一片薄饼皮摊开,放入1片生菜叶,面上排放入一片三文鱼肉。(图3)
3.再把青瓜条、红萝卜条及西芹条排上,然后由一端卷向另一端包卷起,再切成筒条状排盘。(图4-6)
4.进食时蘸酱汁便可。

【Ingredients】
1 Japanese cucumber, 1 carrot, 1 stalk celery, some rounded lettuce, 300g salmon (sliced), 10 sheets soft Popiah skin

【Seasoning】
100g chilli sauce, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp fish sauce, some chopped coriander and mint

【Method】
1.Cut cucumber, carrot and celery into long strips.(pic 1-2)
2.Flatten a Popiah skin, top with lettuce and place a slice of salmon on top.(pic 3)
3.Arrange cucumber, carrot and celery on top, roll from one end to the other and arrange in plate.(pic 4-6)
4.Dip with sauce mixture to serve.
