薯仔菜饼 Potato Vegetarian Patties

【材料】
马铃薯300克、红萝卜30克、马蹄4粒、芫茜碎少许、面粉50克
【调味料】
幼糖1⁄4茶匙、盐1小匙、胡椒粉1⁄8茶匙、麻油1⁄4茶匙、姜汁1小匙、油1⁄2汤匙
【做法】
1.将马铃薯去皮洗干净,切片蒸熟。待冷后搓成泥。(图1)
2.将红萝卜和马蹄丁加入马铃薯泥中,加入调味料一起拌匀,搓成小圆饼。(

3.将薯饼沾少许面粉,放入平底锅内煎至两面金黄色或熟,即可趁热点辣椒
酱享用。(图 5)

【Ingredients】
300g potato, 30g carrot(diced), 4 water chestnut (diced), some chinese celery(diced), 50g plain flour
【Seasoning】
1⁄4 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1⁄8 tsp pepper, 1⁄4 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp ginger juice, 1⁄2 tbsp cooking oil
【Method】
1.Peel and cut potato into thick slice, steam till cooked. Mash it when cold.(pic 1)
2.Mix carrot and water chestnut with mash potato, add in seasoning and shape into patties. (pic 2-4)
3.Coat potato patties with some flour, fry in hot oil till both side golden brown. Serve hot with chili sauce. (pic 5)
