薯粒榨菜炒肉碎Stir-fried Minced Meat with Potato

【材料】
肉碎200克、榨菜1/2包(切碎)、马铃薯1粒(切丁)、香菇2朵(浸软)、红辣椒1条(切碎)、葱花、芫茜适量(切碎)

【调味料】
生抽1汤匙、糖1/2茶匙、鸡精粉1/2茶匙、胡椒粉少许、黑酱油少许、麻油1茶匙

【做法】
1.将榨菜和香菇切丁备用。(图1-2)
2.将肉碎加入调味料拌匀待用。(图3)
3.把马铃薯炸熟,捞出沥油。(图4)
4.镬中留少许油炒香香菇丁,然后加入肉碎拌炒。(图5-6)
5.加入榨菜并洒入少许水,加入红辣椒、葱花和马铃薯炒均匀便可。(图7)

【Ingredients】
200g minced meat, 1/2 pkt pickled mustard , 1 potato (diced), 2 dried mushrooms(soaked), 1 red chili (chopped), some chopped spring onion & coriander

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp chicken powder, dash of pepper, drops of dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil

【Method】
1.Chopped pickled mustard and mushroom, set aside.(pic 1-2)
2.Marinate minced meat with seasoning and set aside.(pic 3)
3. Deep fry potato until cooked, drain.(pic 4)
4.Keep some oil in wok, sauté mushroom until fragrant; and then toss in minced meat.(pic 5-6)
5.Add in pickled mustard, red chili, spring onion, potato and some water; stir-fry until well mixed, dish out and serve.(pic 7)
