材料 :
白萝卜 约400克(刨丝)
虾米 2 汤匙
干贝 2-3 颗
蒜茸 1 汤匙
葱花 2 汤匙
粘米粉 100 克
粟粉 50 克
黄糖 1 茶匙
白胡椒粉 ½ 茶匙
食油 适量
温开水 约150毫升
海苔片 8 片
香煎虾米白萝卜糕
Fragrant Radish Cake

做法 :
❶ 虾米和干贝洗净,用温水浸泡1个小时后捞起虾捣碎,保留浸泡的水,备用。(图1-2)
❷ 冷油下锅,炒香蒜茸、虾米和干贝。(图3)
❸ 加入白萝卜丝、葱花、黄糖、胡椒粉和虾米水,翻炒至白萝卜丝软化,即可熄火上锅。
❹ 将炒萝卜丝拌入粉类,拌匀成面糊,备用。 (图4-6)
❺ 锅里扫上薄油,一片下一勺的面糊,摊平,使用中火煎至两面金黄及熟透,包上海苔片,即可享用。(图7)

INGREDIENTS :
400g radish (juliennes), 2 tbsp dried shrimp, 2 driedscallops, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 100g rice flour, 50g corn flour, 1 tsp
brown sugar, ½ tsp pepper, 150ml warm water, 8 sheet Nori seaweed

METHOD :
❶ Wash dried shrimp and scallops and then soak in warm water for 1 hour; drain and chop; keep the soaking water. (pic 1-2)
❷ Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute garlic, dried shrimp and dried scallop until fragrant. (pic 3)
❸ Add in radish, spring onion, brown sugar, pepper and water, stir-fry until radish soften, dish out.
❹ Mix flour ingredients into radish mixture to make batter. (pic 4-6)
❺ Grease pan with some oil, ladle in 1 scoop batter, flatten and sear with medium heat until both sides turns brown; wap it with Nori
