蚧肉炒饭 Fried Rice with Crab Meat

材料:

白冷饭2碗、冷冻蚧肉120克、大葱头1粒(切丁)、鸡蛋2粒(打散)、葱花1汤匙

调味料:

盐、鸡精粉及胡椒粉适量

做法:

1.烧热3汤匙油,放入鸡蛋液快速炒熟,略置一旁。(图2)

2.在同样的镬中加入大葱丁炒香,拌入蚧肉,冷饭及调味料以大火翻炒均匀即可盛起,并撒入葱花。(图3-4)

INGREDIENTS A:

3 bowls cold white rice, 120g frozen crab meat, 1 onion(diced), 2 eggs(beaten), 1 tbsp chopped spring onion

SEASONING:

Dash of salf, pepper & chicken stock granule

METHOD:

1.Heat up 3 tbsp oil and stir-fry egg sauce until cooked then push aside. (pic 2)

2.At the same wok, add in onion and saut’e until fragrant, toss in crab meat, rice and seasoning, stir-fry in high heat until well mix, dish out and sprinkle spring onion on top. (pic 3-4)
