蜜糖柠檬鸡 Honey Lemon Chicken

材料:

去骨鸡全腿肉 2 只
鸡蛋 1 粒
黑胡椒粉 ½ 茶匙
海盐 ½ 茶匙
普通面粉 约60克

蜜糖柠檬酱材料
椰油 1 汤匙
蒜茸 1 汤匙
柠檬汁 1 颗份量
蜜糖 2 – 3 汤匙
海盐 少许

做法
1 将鸡腿肉洗净抹干水份,切成条状,下海盐、黑胡椒粉和鸡蛋
液,腌至少30分钟。(图1)
2 将鸡肉裹上一层面粉,放入热油中慢火炸至金黄,捞起沥干
水份后,再炸一次较为酥脆。(图3)
3 取一平底锅,下椰油和蒜茸,小火慢炒至发出香气。(图4)
4 加入柠檬汁、蜜糖和海盐煮至滚后,立刻离火(图5)
5 将蜜糖柠檬汁淋在炸鸡上,即可享用。

INGREDIENTS
2 boneless chicken whole leg, 1 egg, ½ tsp black pepper, ½
tsp sea salt, 60g plain flour
HONEY LEMON SAUCE
1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp garlic, lemon juice from 1 lemon,
2-3 tbsp honey, dash of sea salt
METHOD
1 Wash chicken whole leg, cut strips and marinate for 30
minutes with salt, pepper and egg sauce.
2 Coat chicken with plain flour, deep fry in hot oil with low
heat till golden brown, drain and fry one more time till
crispy.
3 In a small pan, heat coocnut oil and saute chopped garlic
till fragrant. (pic 3)
4 Add in lemon juice, honey and salt, bring to boil. (pic 5)
5 Pour the honey lemon sauce over the chicken, serve
immediately.
