【材料A】
云吞皮30块、咸蛋黄1粒蒸熟(切碎)

【材料B】
猪肉碎400克、蚧柳肉100克(切粒)、马蹄碎3粒、青葱粒1汤匙、盐和胡椒粉适量、麻油1茶匙、粟粉1 1/2汤匙、清水2汤匙

做法
1.先将B料拌匀,然后腌15分钟。(图1-2)
2.将馅料包入云吞皮内稍捏紧,洒少许咸蛋黄碎在面上。(图3-5)
3.将烧卖排入蒸锅内蒸15分钟。(图6)
4.取出趁热进食。

【INGREDIENTS A】
30 pcs won ton skin, 1 steamed salted egg yolk(chopped)

【INGREDIENTS B】
400g minced meat, 2 filament sticks(sliced), 3 chopped water-chestnut, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, salt & pepper to taste; 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 1/2 tbsp corn-flour, 2 tbsp water

【METHOD】
1.Mix ingredients B and marinade for 15 minutes. (pic 1-2)
2.Wrap won ton skin filling. Sprinkle top with salted egg yolk. (pic 3-5)
3.Arrange into steamer and steam for 15 minutes. (pic 6)
4.Remove and serve hot.
