豆腐沙拉饼Tofu Salad Bruschetta

【材料】
A:小圆饼干或面包适量、樱桃茄6-8粒(切半)、西洋芫荽2支
B:嫩豆腐1块、素火腿50克、嫩包菜50克、沙拉酱100克

【做法】
1.把嫩豆腐先蒸热,然后压成泥,用布把水分拧干。(图1)
2.素火腿切丝,略煎香;包菜切丝,然后把全部材料B拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟,再取出使用。(图2-3)
3.将豆腐沙拉用汤匙舀起,放置于小饼干上,加上小樱桃和西洋芫荽装饰。(图4)

【Ingredients】
A:Some round biscuit or bread, 6-8 pcs cherry tomato(halve), 2 stalk parsley
B:1 block soft tofu, 50g mock ham, 50g cabbage, 100g salad dressing

【Method】
1.Steam tofu and then mash it, squeeze out excess water.(pic 1)
2.Juliennes mock ham and sear until fragrant; juliennes cabbage and mixes with all ingredients B, chill in fridge for 30 minutes.(pic 2-3)3.Spoon tofu salad onto biscuit, top with halved cherry tomato and some parsley, done.(pic 4)
