豆腐肉饼Tofu Meat Cake

【材料】
日本豆腐400克(搓烂)、鸡肉碎300克、指天椒10小条(剁碎)、芹菜少许(剁碎)

【调味料】
麻油1茶匙、盐半茶匙、胡椒粉适量、面粉1 1/2汤匙

【做法】
1.把豆腐丶鸡肉碎丶指天椒粒和芹菜一起混合。(图1)
2.加入调味料搅拌均匀。(图2)
3.烧热炸油后,舀1汤匙豆腐混合料放入油内煎至金黄色,即可盛碟上桌。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
400g Japanese tofu(mashed), 300g chicken mince meat, 10 chilli padi, some celery (chopped)

【Seasonings】
1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp salt, some pepper to taste, 1 1/2 tbsp plain flour

【Method】
1.Mix tofu, chicken mince meat, chopped chilli padi and celery. (pic 1)
2.Add in seasoning and mix well.(pic 2)
3.Place 1 tbsp of mix tofu into the hot oil, deep fry until golden brown, serve hot.(pic 3-4)
