豆豉蒸排骨Steamed Ribs with Fermented Soy Bean

[材料]
排骨600克(斩小块)、蒜米1粒(剁碎)、红辣椒碎1条、豆豉1大匙、水梅3粒(去核压烂)
[调味料]
盐1茶匙、糖2茶匙、味精1茶匙、粟粉1汤匙、麻油1茶匙、胡椒粉少许、水少许
[做法]
1.将蒜米及豆豉以3汤匙油爆香,取出待用。
2.把排骨、红辣椒碎、水梅及调味料捞匀。
3.再加入爆香(1)一起捞匀,然后置入蒸盘,以中火蒸约35分钟便可。
Ingredients:
600g pork ribs (chop into small pieces, 1 pip garlic (chopped), 1 red chili (chopped), 1 tbsp fermented soy bean, 3 pcs pickled plum (seeded & crushed)
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp MSG, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp sesame oil, dash of pepper and some water
Method:
- Sauté garlic and fermented soy bean with 3 tbsp oil until fragrant, set aside.
- Marinate ribs with chopped chili, plum and seasoning.
- Mix in sauté (1) and then arrange in plate, steam in medium heat for 35 minutes, done.
