豆豉鲮鱼蒸鸡肉 STEAMED CHICKEN IN FRIED DACE WITH SALTED BLACK BEANS

材料 :
金佣牌豆豉鲮鱼 1 罐、鸡肉,切片 300 克、姜丝 1 汤匙
调味料 :
粟粉 ½ 汤匙、珠江桥牌生抽王 ½ 汤匙、水 2 汤匙

做法 :
1 在蒸盘中,把鸡肉片和调味料拌匀备用。(图1-2)
2 把金佣牌豆豉鲮鱼及姜丝铺在鸡肉上。(图3-5)
3 待蒸锅水沸后,放入蒸15分钟。(图6)
4 取出即可与饭或粥一同食用。

INGREDIENTS :
1 canned GOLDEN MAID Fried Dace With Salted Black Beans, 300 gm chicken meat (sliced),
1 tbsp shredded ginger
SEASONING :
½ tbsp cornflour, ½ tbsp PEARL RIVER BRIDGE Superior Light Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp water
METHOD :
1 In a steaming plate, mix chicken sliced with all seasoning, stir well. (pic 1-2)
2 Spread GOLDEN MAID Fried Dace With Salted Black Beans and shredded ginger over marinated chicken.

3 Arrange into steamer and steam for 15 minutes. (pic 6)
4 Remove and serve with rice or porridge.
