材料
大虎虾6只、生粉适量

酱汁
泰式辣椒酱6汤匙、番茄酱2汤匙、鱼露1汤匙、清水50
毫升

【酱汁配料】
芫荽茸1汤匙、蒜茸1汤匙、青葱茸2汤匙、指天椒茸1汤

做法
1. 把大虾处理干净后沾生粉,放入热油中以大火炸熟,沥干油。
2. 另外起锅热油,把酱汁配料炒香,然后倒入酱汁材料煮滚。
3. 加入炸虾,炒至沾满酱汁即可盛出。

【Ingredients】
6 pcs big tiger prawns, some corn flour

【Sauce Ingredients】
6 tbsp Thai style chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 50ml water

【Sub-Ingredients for sauce】
1 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion,1 tbsp chopped chili padi

Method
1. Trim and clean prawns, coat with corn flour and deep fry in hot oil with high heat until cooked, drain.
2. Heat oil in another clean wok, stir-fry sub-ingredients for sauce until well mix, toss in sauce ingredients and stir to mix.
3. Toss in fried prawns until evenly coated with sauce, dish out.
