辣炒油渣菜莆 Spicy Crispy Pork Lard & Pickled Radish

材料 :
甜菜莆50克(切粒)、长豆80克(切粒)、红辣椒1条(切碎)、青指天椒3条(切碎)、花生炒香2汤匙、黑豆豉1汤匙、蒜头碎3瓣、猪油渣½小碗、猪油2汤匙
调味料:
糖、鸡精粉适量
做法 :
1. 以猪油爆香蒜茸,放入长豆、菜莆炒香。(图1-2)
2. 洒入适量水,炒片刻加入青、红辣椒碎、黑豆豉及调味料炒匀。(图3)
3. 最后加入猪油渣及花生拌兜即可上碟。(图4)

INGREDIENTS :
50g pickled radish 9chopped), 80g long bean (diced), 1 red chili 9chopped), 3 green chili padi (chopped), 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp black fermented soy bean, 3 pips garlic (chopped), ½ small bowl crispy pork lard, 2 tbsp pork oil
SEASONING:
Some sugar and chicken powder
METHOD :
1. Sauté garlic with pork oil, and then add in long bean and pickled radish, sauté until fragrant. (pic 1-2)
2. Sprinkle some water in wok, add in chopped chilies, black fermented soy bean and seasoning, stir-fry until well mixed. (pic 3)
3. At last toss in crispy pork lard and peanuts; dish out. (pic 4)
