辣炒鸡肉生菜包 Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps

材料:
鸡肉碎1盒、酱油2汤匙、黄糖1汤匙、鱼露1茶匙、参巴酱1汤匙(预多)、植物油2汤匙、青葱3棵(只取白色部分)、蒜2瓣(剁碎)、盐1茶匙、
生菜适量、少许酸柑、少许香料
做法:
1。小碗内将酱油、黄糖、参巴及鱼露混合备用。
2。镬内热少许油,爆香蒜和葱白,炒约3分钟至软。
3。加入鸡肉碎,炒5-7分钟至肉软。
4。加入混合酱料,炒约2分钟至汁浓稠。
5。鸡肉碎可以配搭生菜,挤入蒜柑汁一起享用。
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. fish sauce
1 Tbsp. sambal ( plus more for serving)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 scallions, white and pale green parts only, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 lb. ground chicken
1tsp salt
Bibb lettuce leaves, lime wedges, and tender herbs (for serving)
PREPARATION
1.Mix soy sauce, sambal, brown sugar, and fish sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
2.Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Add scallions and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened (a little color is okay), about 3 minutes.
3。Add chicken and lightly season with salt. Cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon and tossing occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, 5–7 minutes.
4。Add reserved soy sauce mixture and cook, tossing occasionally, until liquid is almost completely reduced, about 2 minutes.
3.Serve chicken mixture with lettuce, herbs, lime wedges, and more sambal oelek for making lettuce wraps.
