【材料】
高筋面粉280克、无盐牛油50克、奶粉12克、糖40克、盐4克、鸡蛋(中型)1粒、水150毫升、干酵
母4克
【配料】
迷你香肠适量
【做法】
1. 选择食谱9制作面包团。
2. 将材料(干酵母除外)放入Panasonic自动制面包机(SD-P104)内锅,再将内锅放入机身内,盖
好。(图1)
3. 在酵母容器内放入干酵母,然后按Start (开始)键进行面团搅拌。
4. 听到哔哔声后按Stop(取消)键,取出面团,把叶片拆下。
5. 把面团分成12份搓圆,再杆成三角形薄长面团。(图2)
6. 将香肠放在阔的一端然后紧紧的卷起,排入涂油烤盘。(图3-4)
7. 在30-35℃的气温下发酵约40分钟或发至双倍大时,涂上蛋液。(图5-6)
8. 放入预热至180℃的烤箱,烤约12分钟。(图7-8)

280g high protein flour, 50g unsalted butter, 12g milk powder, 40g sugar, 4g salt, 1 B egg, 150ml
water, 4g instant yeast

【Method】
1. Select MENU 9 for the dough.
2. Put ingredients (except for instant yeast) into Panasonic Automated Bread Maker (SD-
P104) inner pan and then insert to bread maker, close the lid(pic 1)
3. Add instant yeast into the yeast dispenser and press Start button.
4. Press Stop button when you hear beep sound, remove dough from inner pan and remove the
kneading blade.
5. Divide dough into 12 portions, shape the dough round, and then pin roll into thin triangle sheets.

6. Place sausage on the widen side and roll it up, arrange on a grease baking tray.(pic 3-4)
7. Let buns rise for about 40 minutes and then egg bath. (pic 5-6)
8. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 12 minutes, done.(pic 7-8)
