酱烧杏鲍菇 Stir fried Drumstick Mushroom

材料 :
杏鲍菇4条、青葱1棵(切段)、姜片20克、蒜片3瓣、红椒椒1条(切片)、九层塔适量
酱汁 :
麻油1汤匙、生抽1汤匙、乌醋½汤匙、糖1汤匙、蚝油½汤匙、绍兴酒1汤匙
做法 :
1 杏鲍菇切成滚刀状,以中小火干扁至上色,起锅备用。(图1-2)
2 烧热2汤匙油,爆香姜片及蒜片,加入扁香杏鲍菇及注入麻油、红辣椒拌炒至香。(图3-4)
3 最后倒入酱汁、青葱及九层塔,翻炒均匀,即可。(图5-6)

INGREDIENTS :
4 drumstick mushroom, 1 stalk spring onion, 20g ginger slices, 3 pips garlic (sliced). 1 red chili (sliced), some basil
SAUCE :
1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp black vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp
Hua Diao wine
METHOD :
1 Cut drumstick mushroom into wedges; and then sear in dry pan with medium low heat until
brownish, dish out. (pic 1-2)
2 Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, toss in drumstick mushroom and
pour in sesame oil and red chili. (pic 3-4)
3 Follow with other sauce ingredients, spring onionand basil, stir-fry briefly and dish out. (pic 5-6)
