酸菜煨即食面Braised Instant Noodle with Sour Mustard

【材料】
即食面1包(汆烫滤干待用)、酸菜50克、香菇2朵(浸软切丝)、肉丝60克、蒜头2瓣(切碎)、姜2片、青葱适量、1 1/2碗水

【调味料】
A:粟粉1茶匙、油1汤匙、生抽1茶匙、麻油少许
B:原味料1包

【做法】
1.将酸菜洗净切小段,挤干水份后,以干锅炒干约2分钟;猪肉切丝加入调味料(A)拌匀。(图1-3)
2.烧热1汤匙油爆香姜片、蒜头碎,放入香菇炒香。(图4)
3.加入酸菜拌炒并注入水及调味料B,以中火熄约数 分钟。
4.加入肉丝及面条煮熟炒均匀便可。(图5-6)

【Ingredients】
1 pkt instant noodle (Scald and drain), 50g sour mustard, 2 pc dried mushroom(soaked & juliennes), 60g lean meat(juliennes), 2 pips garlic(chopped), 2 slices ginger, some spring onion, 1 1/2 bowl water

【Seasoning】
A:1 tsp corn flour, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, drops of sesame oil
B:1 sachet instant seasoning

【Method】
1.Jullience sour mustard, squeeze out excessive liquid and them pan-fry for about 2 minutes; marinate juliennes meat with seasoning A.(pic 1-3)
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and sauté ginger, garlic and mushroom until fragrant.(pic 4)
3.Add in sour mustard, water and seasoning B, braise with medium heat for few minutes.
4.Toss in juliennes meat and noodle, bring to a boil, dish out.(pic 5-6)
