酸辣叁峇鱼Sambal Tumis Fish

【材料】
Asian Meals叁峇酱1盒(2包)、食油2汤匙、大葱1粒(
切片)、清水100-125毫升、番茄1粒(切瓣)、疯柑叶
3-4片(撕开)、石斑鱼600克(清理洗净)、盐及胡椒
粉各1⁄2茶匙、薯粉5-6汤匙
【做法】
1. 用盐和胡椒粉腌鱼,然后扑上薯粉。(图1-2)
2. 在TupperChefTM Inspire Wok 里加入足够的油,加热后
把鱼炸至酥脆。(图3-4)
3. 另外在TupperChefTM Inspire Saucepan里热油,把大葱
炒至香,然后加入Asian Meals叁峇酱,加入清水,番
茄及疯柑叶,焖煮2分钟后熄火。(图6-7)
4. 把酱汁淋在炸鱼上即可。

【Ingredients】
1 box Asian Meals Sambal Tumis Sauce (2 sachets), 2
tbsp cooking oil, 1 big onion (sliced), 100-125ml
water, 1 tomato (cut into wedges), 3-4 kaffir lime
leaves (torn), 600g garoupa fish (gutted and cleaned),
1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp pepper, 5-6 tbsp tapioca flour
【Method】
1. Marinate fish with salt & pepper, and then coat with
tapioca flour.(pic 1-2)
2. Deep fry the fish with sufficient hot oil in TupperChefTM
Inspire Wok till crispy. (pic 3-4)
3. Heat oil in TupperChefTM Inspire Saucepan, saut
onion slices until fragrant, adding in the Asian Meals
Sambal Tumis Sauce . Pour in water, add tomatoes
and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 2 minutes and turn
off heat. (pic 5-7)
4. Pour Asian Meals Sambal Tumis Sauce over the
crispy fried fish and serve immediately.
