酸鱼汤 Sour Fish Soup

【材料】
小甘榜鱼3条(去头清洗内脏)、香茅2根、亚叁片3片、红辣椒3条、鲍鱼菇5朵、虾米少许
【调味料】
盐1⁄2茶匙 、糖1⁄2茶匙、鱼露1⁄2茶匙
【材料】
1.将1.5毫升的水煮开后,放入香茅、虾米、亚叁片及3条红辣椒一起煮约30分钟。(图1-2)
2.然后放入鲍鱼菇及甘榜鱼,调味。(图3)
3.再煮5-10分钟鱼熟即可。(图4)

【Ingredients】
3 kampong fish(wash and clean), 2 lemongrass, 3 pieces asam, 3 red chili, 5 abalone mushroom, some dried shrimp
【Seasonings】
1⁄2tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 tsp fish sauce
【Method】
1. Boil 1.5 litre water in pot, add in lemongrass, dried shrimp, asam and chilli, cook for 30 minutes in low heat.(pic 1-2)
2. Add in mushroom and fish, season to taste.(pic 3)
3. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes done.(pic 4)
