酿辣椒素鱼 Stuffed chilli mock fish

材料A:
素鱼6片
材料B:
素巴拉煎30克、香茅2支(切片)、辣椒糊30克、咖哩粉少许、素虾30克、糖1汤匙、盐½茶匙、香
菇粉少许、油3汤匙
做法:
1. 材料B做法:锅内热油,放入辣椒糊、素巴拉煎、素虾米炒香,然后加入调味料炒至香,盛起备用。(图1-3)
2. 将素鱼切开一条缝备用。
3. 烧热油,将素鱼炸至金黄色,取出。(图4)
4. 将已经炒香的素虾米辣椒混合料,放入已经炸好的素鱼内,做成酿素鱼,重复此动作至材料用完即可。(图5)

Ingredients B:
30 vege balacan, 2 lemongrass (dice), 30 chili paste, some chilli powder, 30g vege dried shrimp,
1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt, some mushroom powder, 3 tbsp oil
Method:
1. To prepare ingredients B : heat oul in wok, sauté chilli paste, balacan, dried vege shrimp
until fragrant, add in seasoning and stir well, set aside. (pic 1-3)
2. Cut one slice on top of moch fish.
3. Heat oil in wok, deep fried fish until golden brown. (pic 4)
4. Stuff the dried shrimp and chilli mix into fish,
repeat it until all ingredients finish. (pic 5)
