野菌药膳鸟鸡汤 Black Chicken and Wild Mushroom Herbal Soup

【材料】
A:黑鸡1只、干贝2粒、冬菇2粒、野菌3粒
B:杞子10粒、淮山5片、党参5条、玉竹5条、红枣5粒
C:盐1⁄4茶匙、糖1⁄4茶匙、鸡精粉1⁄4茶匙
【做法】
1.先将黑鸡斩件,用热水川烫去掉血水。
2.将所有材料A和材料B放入深锅,加入1.5公升清水,用大火煮沸后转小火煮4小时。(图1-5)
3.最后加入材料C调味即可。
贴士:汤水一定要够火候,不然发挥不到药材的
效果。

B:10 pcs GouQi, 5 slices Huai Shan, 5 sticks Dang Sheng, 5 pcs Yu Zhu, 5 pcs red dates

【Method】
1. Blanch black chicken in boiling water and remove scums.
2. Put ingredients A & B in pot with 1.5 liter of waterbring to boil, lower heat and continue simmer for 4 hours.(pic 1-5)
3. Season with ingredients C, done.
Tips: Herbal soup needs to cooks over time to
obtain its medication effect.
