【材料】
莲藕1节(切片)、豆腐包6粒、蒜茸1茶匙、青葱1棵(切段)
、清水1碗

【馅料】
猪肉300克(剁碎)、红萝卜1/2根(剁细)、小葱头6粒(剁碎

【肉馅调味料】
盐、酱青、糖、蚝油、麻油、鱼露(各1/2茶匙)

【材料】
1.将馅料加入调味料拌匀,放置1小时。
2.把肉馅填入豆腐包中备用。(图1)
3.热油后爆香蒜茸,放入青葱小炒,再加入水煮至滚。(图2)
4.水沸后将酿好的豆腐及莲藕片,放入锅中加盖焖煮10分钟至
酿豆腐及莲藕熟透。(图3)
5.最后加入适量盐和酱油调味,勾芡即可。(图4)

【Ingredients】
1 block lotus roof(slices), 6 pocket bean curd, 1 tsp chopped gar-
lic, 1 stalk spring onion(cut into block), 1 bowl water

【Filling】
300g mince pork, 1/2 carrot(chopped), 6 shallot (chopped)

【Seasoning】
1/2 tsp each of salt, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil
and fish sauce

【Method】
1. In a big bowl, mix all the filling with seasoning, set aside for at least 1 hour.
2. Stuff some filling into pocket bean curd.(pic 1)
3. Heat oil in wok, saute garlic till fragrant, add in spring onion and water, bring to boil.(pic 2)
4. Add in stuffed pocket bean curd and lotus roof slices, cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes or till ingredients cooked.(pic 3)
5. Season with salt and soy sauce to taste. Thicken and serve. (pic 4)
