金沙咸煎饼 Golden Sand Ham Chin Pan

材料(A)
咸煎饼3块(每块切成2片)、杂豆½杯
材料(B)
肉碎300克、菜脯碎50克
材料(C)
蚝油1汤匙、晒油1茶匙、盐和胡椒粉适量
做法
1. 烧热2汤匙油入镬内,放入(B)料炒熟。
2. 加入杂豆和(C)料炒匀然后酿入咸煎饼内即可进食。

Ingredients (A)
3pcs ham chin pan (cut each into 2 pcs), ½ cup mix beans
Ingredients (B)
300gm minced meat, 50gm chopped chai poh
Ingredients (C)
1tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp thick soy sauce, salt & pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry (B) until cooked.
2. Add in mix beans and(C) stir evenly. Stuff into ham chin pan and serve.
