金针菇肉骨汤 Ribs with Tiger Lily Soup

【材料】
鸡骨100克、黄豆1小碗、排骨500克、金
针200克(泡水半小时後打结)、清水800
毫升
【调味料】
盐1茶匙、酱油1茶匙
【做法】
1. 将鸡骨、黄豆加入半锅水熬煮成高汤。
2. 放入排骨继续熬煮30分钟后,加入金
针结煮至软。以调味料调味即可。(图

【Ingredients】
100g chicken carcass, 1 bowl soy
bean, 500g pork ribs, 200g dried tiger
lily (soaked & knotted), 800ml water
【Seasoning】
1⁄2 tsp soy sauce,1⁄2 tsp salt
【Method】
1. Boil chicken carcass with soy bean
into stock.
2. Boil ribs in stock for 30 minutes, add
in knotted dried tiger lily and continue
cooking until soften; season with
dash of salt and soy sauce.(pic 1-4)
