金银蒜粉丝节瓜Glass noodles with Hairy gourd

【材料】
节瓜1条、冬粉适量(浸泡)、食油2汤匙、炸蒜茸40克

【调味料】
A:盐1⁄3茶匙、糖1⁄3茶匙、鸡精粉1⁄3茶匙、蒜茸80克、 高汤100毫升
B:鱼露30克、生抽100克、糖2茶匙、水50毫升

【做法】
1.节瓜去皮去种子切片,放入开水中烫熟备用。(图1-2)
2.热少许油爆香蒜蓉,加入调味料A煮至滚捞起备用。(图3-5)
3.将浸软的冬粉与调味料B拌匀,与节瓜一起排入碟。(图6-7)
4.放入蒸炉蒸约8分钟,淋上调味料A即可上桌。(图8)

【Ingredients】
1 Hairy gourd, some glass noodles(soaked in water), 40g fried chopped garlic, 1 tbsp cooking oil

【Seasoning】
A:1⁄3 tsp each of salt, sugar and chicken powder, 80g chopped garlic, 100ml stock
B:30g fish sauce, 100g soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 50ml water

【Method】
1.Hairy gourd skinned and seeded; cut into slices and blanch in boiling water.(pic 1-2)
2.Heat oil and saute garlic till fragrant, add in seasoning A and bring to boil, set aside.(pic 3-5)
3.Mix glass noodles with seasoning B, place in plate together with hairy gourd.(pic 6-7)
4.Steam for 8 minutes, sprinkle seasoning A over and serve.(pic 8)
