铁板烧汁茄子Sizzling Eggplant

【材料】
茄子500g,五花肉150g,小葱头3颗剁碎。

【调味料】
盐2茶匙、鸡精粉2茶匙、烧烤汁300毫升、日本清酒200毫升、酱清15毫升

【做法】
1.将五花肉洗净,用刀慢慢剁碎至起胶为止。
2.茄子洗净,切厚片,中间切一刀后肉碎酿入茄子里。
3.起油锅大火将茄子炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油备用。
4.把小葱头和调好的酱烧汁,酱油等调味料调好。
5.取铁板烧热,烧热后将茄子回锅。
6.把调味料倒入锅里焖煮两分钟至收汁即可享用。

【Ingredients】
500g eggplant, 150g pork belly, 3 pcs shallots (chopped)

【Seasoning】
2 tsp salt, 2 tsp chicken powder, 300ml BBQ sauce, 200ml Japanese wine, 15ml soy sauce

【Method】
1.Wash meat and mince until springy.
2.Wash eggplant, slice thickly and slit each of the middle to stuff minced meat.
3.Heat oil in wok, deep fry stuffed eggplant until golden brown, drain.
4.Mixes seasoning ingredients with shallot.
5.Heat up hot plate and place in eggplant.
6.Pour in seasoning sauce and simmer in low heat for 2 minutes, done.
