雪耳海燕窝糖水White Fungus with Sea Birdnest Dessert

【材料】
雪耳1朵(浸泡)、红枣8粒、海燕窝(俗称珊瑚草) 1/2碗、白果15粒、龙眼干20粒、石蜂糖5块、清水6碗

【做法】
1.先把海燕窝放入清水浸泡2小时,间中要换水2至3次,以去除异味。
2.将6碗清水倒入锅内,加入红枣丶龙眼干丶白果丶雪耳丶海燕窝和石峰糖一起煲至海燕窝溶化,大约15分钟,即可上桌。(图1-4)

【Ingredients】
1 pcs white fungus (soaked), 8 red dates, 1/2 bowl sea birdnest, 15 gingko, 20 dried longan, 5 blocks honey rock sugar, 6 bowls water

【Method】
1.Wash and soak sea birdnest in water for 2 hours. Change water in between to remove the smell.
2.Pour 6 bowl water in a stock pot, add in red date, dried longan, gingko, white fungus, sea birdnest and honey rock sugar, bring to boil for 15 minutes or until the sea birdnest dissolved, done.(pic 1-4)
