雪里红花生Peanuts and Potherb Mustard Appetizers

【材料】
雪菜200克、花生100克、红辣椒1条(切片)

【调味料】
酱油1汤匙、黄糖1⁄4茶匙、麻油1⁄2茶匙

【做法】
1.将雪菜冲洗干净切细备用。
2.将花生洗净后沥干水分,放入平底锅以少许油及小火炒至香,捞起沥干油备用。
3.在平底锅内热少许麻油,放入雪菜炒至干及香。
4.加入调味料和红辣椒拌炒均匀,再加入花生捞匀即可。

【Ingredients】
200g potherb mustard (sliced), 100g peanut, 1 red chili (slice)

【Seasoning】
1 tbsp soy sauce, 1⁄4 tsp brown sugar, 1⁄2 tsp sesame oil

【Method】
1.Wash and slice potherb mustard, set aside.
2.Heat some oil in fying pan, add in peanut and stir fry in low heat till cooked and fragrant, drain and set aside.
3.Heat sesame oil in wok, saute potherb mustard till dry and fragrant.
4.Toss in seasoning and red chili, fry well. Add in fried peanuts and stir well, done.
