【顶料】
A:芝士奶油500克(室温)、牛油125克、迷迭香茸适量、少许盐和胡椒粉
B:熟蛋3粒(切片)、日本青瓜1/2条(切片)、额外蟹柳(切丝)、义大利辣味香肠10-15片(煎香)

【面包材料】
A:熟蛋5粒、美奶滋3-4汤匙+少许盐和胡椒粉、蟹柳5条(切丝)
B:罐头吞拿鱼肉(滴干弄散)、大葱1/2粒(剁碎)、美奶滋 3-4汤 匙、少许盐和胡椒粉
C:白面包12片(去边)、额外牛油

【顶料做法】
把芝士鲜奶油、牛油及迷迭香加盐和胡椒粉打至松发待用。(图1)
【面包做法】
1.把5粒熟蛋压烂,加美奶滋、盐及胡椒粉混合,然后拌入蟹柳丝。(图2)
2.另外把材料B混合待用。
3.在蛋糕盘里铺4片涂上牛油的面包。(图3)
4.在面包上涂蛋料,然后盖上一片面包。(图4)
5.上面再铺吞拿混合料,然后再盖上一片面包。(图5)
6.最后以芝士鲜奶油覆盖整个面包,周围铺上青瓜片、香肠片及额外蟹柳;中间放上切片熟蛋。(图6-8)
7.收入冰箱,吃时切片即可。

【Topping Ingredients】
A:500 g cream cheese(at room temperature), 125g butter, salt and pepper to taste, chopped fresh rosemary
B:3 hard boiled eggs (sliced), 1/2 Japanese cucumber (sliced), extra crabstick (sliced), 10-15 slices peperoni (pre-sauted)

【Bread Ingredients】
A:5 hard boiled eggs, 3-4 Tbsps mayonnaise + salt & pepper, 5 pieces crabstick (sliced)
B:1 canned tuna(drained & mashed), 1/2 red big onion(chopped), 3-4 Tbsps mayonnaise, salt & pepper to taste
C:12 pieces whole meal bread (trim the sides off), extra butter for spreading

【Method for Topping】
Beat cream cheese with butter and chopped rosemary, add some salt, pepper, set aside. (pic 1)

【Method for Bread】
1. Mash the hard boiled eggs with mayonnaise, salt & pepper, mix in the crab stick.(pic 2)
2.Combine B ingredients in another mixing bowl.
3.Lay 4 slices of bread on a cake platter slathered with butter.(pic 3)
4.Spread with egg mixture and lay another piece of bread over.(pic 4)
5.Top with the tuna mixture and covering with another layer of bread.(pic 5)
6.Cover the whole bread cake with the cream cheese topping, decorate with sliced cucumber, peperoni, followed by crabstick and lastly the hard boiled egg slices in the centre.(pic 6-7)
7.Refrigerate until needed and slice accordingly.
