香椿炒饭Toona sinensis Fried Rice

【材料】
糙米饭3碗、鲜香菇3朵(切粒)、红萝卜100克、粟米粒50克、豆干1块、姜茸1/2大匙
【调味料】
香椿2大匙、生抽2大匙、麻油1小匙
【做法】
1.先将豆干切粒炸香;红萝卜切粒煮熟待用。
2.热油锅,先将姜碎炒香,加入其余切丁材料炒匀。(图1-4)
3.加入调味料和糙米饭炒至香即可盛出。(图5)
【Ingredients】
3 bowls brown rice, 3 pcs fresh mushroom (diced), 100g carrot, 50g corn kernel, 1 tofu, 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
【Seasoning】
2 tbsp corn Toona sinensis, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil
【Method】
1. Dice tofu and deep fry; dice carrot and blanch.
2. Sauté gingers in wok with oil until fragrant, then toss in all diced ingredients and fry well. (pic1-4)
3. Add in seasonings and brown rice, stir fry till fragrant and dish out. (pic 5)
